BESPOKE PERMANENT EYEBROWS.

Your brows frame your face, balance your features, and add natural expression — which is why every treatment begins with a careful, collaborative design process. Together, we map and perfect your ideal shape before any colour is applied, ensuring symmetry, softness, and a result that truly complements your natural beauty.

Once your bespoke shape is agreed, we select the technique that best suits your style — from soft and subtle to more defined, makeup-inspired finishes.

'Barely There' Brows

Created for a super-soft shaded brow technique designed to replicate that “tinted” look, leaving a delicate shadow of colour behind the natural brow. Perfect for clients seeking gentle enhancement, it adds subtle shape or colour without a strong, defined finish. It works especially well for those with sparse or minimal natural hair.

This technique suits all skin types seeking a soft, natural enhancement.

Powder Brows

Powder Brows create a soft, pixelated effect — a delicate wash of colour that mimics the look of powder makeup. Using an ultra-fine needle and a specialist low-frequency machine, pigment is gently implanted with a light, dusting motion. The result is a soft, borderless finish that gives depth and definition to the brows without harsh lines, offering a subtle, refined enhancement.

This technique suits all skin types with a little more depth and saturation than the 'Barely There' brow.

Ombre Brows

Ombre Brows provide slightly more saturation and definition than a “barely-there” or powder brow. Ideal for clients who pencil in their brows daily or desire a more polished, deliberate look, this technique transitions from a softer, lighter front to a defined tail and base. Using permanent makeup, it replicates the effect of traditional brow makeup while maintaining a soft, airbrushed appearance.

Ombre Brows are suitable for all skin types and natural brow variations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

You can resume to your normal activities straight after your treatment but please be aware you may feel slightly tender and may have slight bruising or swelling in which case will usually go down within 24 hours. We advise no sun for at least 2 weeks post procedure and we advise you do not do any vigorous exercise or go swimming during the first 10 days of the healing process.

Do permanent eyebrows hurt?

Contrary to popular belief, permanent eyebrow treatments should not be painful when performed correctly. The pigment is applied superficially, avoiding unnecessary depth, and bleeding is rare. At Claire Prior Permanent Makeup and Waxing, I take a gentle, precise approach, specialising in natural-looking techniques designed for comfort and lasting beautiful results.

How long will my eyebrows last?

Permanent makeup will last approximately 2-5 years in the skin, but annual top ups are recommended every 12-18 months to keep the desired effect looking its best.

Which permanent makeup technique is right for me?

During your free consultation, I'll chat about all your brow options and help you choose the perfect technique for your skin and natural shape. My favourite brow treatments are highlighted above!

How long does the tattoo process take?

I allow 2–3 hours for your eyebrow appointment, which includes pre-drawing, colour selection, the tattooing process, and aftercare guidance. This is not a treatment I ever rush — taking a little extra time, especially with softer techniques, ensures your brows heal beautifully and naturally
